Rebooking, Cancellation and no-show: Charges Room reservation may be cancelled or changed by e-mail to reservationen@kafischnaps.ch up to 10 days in advance of the arrival day. There will be a fixed charge of CHF 50.00 to cover the cost of activities resulting from the cancellation. No refund will be given for cancellations made less than 10 days in advance, and the full room price will be charged to the customer’s credit card.
